To prepare your skin for your appointment to ensure best results, please consider the following restrictions:

• 60 DAYS - DO NOT get a chemical 
• 28 DAYS - DO NOT get injectable treatments such as Botox or other fillers
• 7 Days - DO NOT tan and avoid sunburn. DO NOT pluck, wax, tint, thread, or apply any hair removal. DO NOT use Retinols/Retin-A or other anti-aging/acne creams. Do NOT apply on eyebrows any sermons containing acids 
• 2 DAYS - AVOID aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil (omega-3) or CoQ10 
• 1 DAY - AVOID alcohol and caffeine
• Appointment day – Please arrive at least 5min early

• Avoid exercise and all forms of heavy physical activity that will make you sweat .
• Avoid touching or peeling off the scabs. The scabs will shed naturally.
• Avoid any makeup around the brows for at least 12-14 days.
• Refrain from heavy sun exposure.

Convenient online booking/rescheduling is offered on our website HERE. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hrs or you will be charged 50% of the service booked and forfeit deposit. There will be a 15min grace priod for late shows with verbal/written notice. No Shows will be charged 50% of booked service.

All forms of payments are accepted except checks. For new clients, a $100 (plus tax) non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment and is deducted from the total price of your procedure price. For annual touch-up clients, a $50 (plus tax) non-refundable deposit is required. If you choose to cancel your appointment within 48hrs, the deposit can be transferable once. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
